Motle Falcon is located in the south shore of Montreal, in the heart of city of Brossard. It is within walking distance of the Panama light rail station and just across the Champlain Bridge from Montreal. It is close to Highways 10, 30 and 15, and has convenient transportation. There are shopping malls and restaurants around, and life is convenient.

Falcon has a wide parking lot with free self parking. There are a variety of room types, including two double bed rooms, single QUEEN or KING bed rooms, rooms with jacuzzi, smoking and non-smoking rooms, etc. Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and hair dryer.
